If you so choose* Please bring a pillow and blanket to help in your comfort during the meditation and light tranference.
* Water for hydration and for a blessing of the Bio Temple ie your body!
* Light snacks if you require extra nutrition for yourself.
For your convenience we have several seating optiions:
Chairs (approimately 20)
Yoga mats and cushions
Healing tables
We intend to be fair with the seating arrangement, thru first come first serve! If on the other hand you have specific needs we will do our best to address them.
Arriving & Departing: if you are joining us late or need to leave during our event please be gentle and respect our sacred space with a minimum of noise disturbance.
